The Company has been notified of the following transaction in its Ordinary shares of 10 pence each by Richard Ashton, an executive director. 

On 7 February 2013, Mr. Ashton sold 249,975 shares on the London Stock Exchange at an average price of 127.52 pence per share.

The notification by Mr. Ashton was received by the Company on 7 February 2013. 

Notification of this transaction is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
