Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that, on 25 August 2009, Mr William Wyatt, a director of Caledonia, exercised options over 18,000 ordinary 5p shares in Caledonia, representing 0.03% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital (excluding shares held in treasury), at an exercise price of 810.0p per share. Mr Wyatt sold these shares on the same date at a price of 1646.5p per share.
Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows:
Beneficial - 113,046 shares = 0.19%
Non-beneficial - 19,093 shares = 0.03%
Options - 103,844 shares = 0.18%
Deferred bonus plan - 13,867 shares = 0.02%
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) in relation to the dealings by Mr William Wyatt.
