NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Georgia Healthcare Group PLC (the "Company" or "GHG") was notified on 27 June 2016, that George Arveladze, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR), acquired 10,000 ordinary shares ("GHG Shares") of the Company on the same day at a purchase price of £2.849329 per GHG Share.

Following the acquisition, Mr Arveladze holds 10,000 vested and unvested GHG Shares, representing 0.0076% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This notice is given in fulfillment of the obligation under DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
