Director/PDMR Shareholding

Ladbrokes plc ("the Company") announces the following changes to the interests of Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") in the Company's ordinary shares of 28⅓ pence each ("Shares") held under the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("the Own Plan"):

Notes:

1. Shares were purchased pursuant to the Own Plan on 5 January 2015 ("the Purchase Date") at 110.30 pence per Share. The Shares were acquired in London.

2. Under the terms of the Own Plan, approximately one bonus Share was allotted on the Purchase Date for every one Share purchased.
