The Company announces that Elizabeth Catchpole, Non-Executive Director, today purchased 3,770 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in GBG ("Ordinary Shares") at 780p per share.
Following this notification Mrs Catchpole has a beneficial holding of 20,665 Ordinary Shares (which represents 0.0082% of the issued share capital of the Company).
