LSL PROPERTY SERVICES PLC ('LSL' or 'the Company') DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company has today received notification that Paul Latham, a Non-Executive Director of LSL, has transferred for nil consideration 1,382,845 shares of 0.2 p each in the Company to his wife. Following this transfer, the Mr and Mrs Latham's combined holding is 3,792,061 shares, representing approximately 3.64% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. In addition Paul Latham's children hold 110,000 shares in the Company. In total, Paul Latham and his family's combined holding is 3,902,061 shares, representing approximately 3.75% of the Company's issued share capital.

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
