CEPS PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified today that David Horner, a director of the Company, purchased through his SIPP 27,510 shares in the Company at a price of 35.00 pence per share on 16 May 2014. Following the purchase, Mr Horner's shareholding is 1,047,005 shares representing approximately 19.36% of the issued share capital of the Company.
