NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Britvic plc ("the Company") announces that it has received notification that Ian McHoul, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 Ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), today at the price of 711 pence per share, which represents 0.00 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Following the above transaction, the total interest of Ian McHoul in the Company's Ordinary Shares is 10,000, representing 0.00 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
This notification is made pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4(1).
