GCP Student Living plc (the “Company”) was informed on 2 July 2015 that Mr Robert Peto, Chairman and non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 15,000 Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (“C Shares”) of the Company at a price of 100 pence per share in the Company’s recent C Share issue.

Following this transaction, Mr Peto is interested in a total of 30,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.027% of the Ordinary Shares in issue) and 15,000 C Shares (representing 0.013% of the C Shares in issue). The legal and beneficial interest in 50% of these shares is held by Mrs Susan Peto, spouse of Mr Peto.
