Capita plc NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIALRESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH DTR 3.1.4R AND DTR3.1.2R On 28 February 2014, the following transactions took place in relation toOrdinary shares of 2 1/15p each in the Company in respect of the followingDirectors of the Company: Andy Parker, Gordon Hurst, Maggi Bell, Vic Gysin and Dawn Marriott-Sims Exercise of Options - Long Term Incentive Plan 2008 ("LTIP") The Directors referred to above exercised nil cost options granted to themunder the LTIP in 2011. The resulting shares were sold immediately as set outbelow. The shares were sold at a price of £11.473 per share.
