On 17th March 2010, G E Tuppen, an executive director, undertook the following transactions in the ordinary shares of 2.5 pence ('shares') in the Company at 120 pence per share:

·; The sale of 19,000 shares held beneficially 

·; The purchase of 19,000 shares to be held as trustee by an executive pension arrangement

As a result of these transactions there is no change to G E Tuppen's overall holding of shares in the Company which are held as follows:

Beneficial: 2,717,348

As Trustee: 620,000

Total: 3,337,348

% of issued shares: 0.66%
