JAMES CROPPER PLC (THE 'COMPANY')
DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company announces that on 9 July 2012 the Trustees of the James Cropper PLC Profit Sharing Scheme ('the Scheme') transferred beneficial ownership of 244 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to each of A.I.Lewis, J.M.Denman, N.A.Read, P.J.Willink, and G.T.Quayle, directors of the Company.
The shares relate to an award of Ordinary Shares to the employees of the Company on 13 July 2007 under the rules of the Scheme at a price of £2.461.
Following the transaction the directors' beneficial and non-beneficial interests in the Company are:
