Treatt PLC12 February 2008 TREATT PLC Purchase of Treatt Plc shares by the Treatt Employee Benefit Trust On 11th February 2008 the Treatt Employee Benefit Trust ('Treatt EBT') purchased25,000 Treatt Ordinary Shares at £2.36 per share. These purchases and the resultant holding represent 3.29% of Treatt's Ordinary share capital over which voting rights are held. The shares held by the Treatt EBT are held for the beneficiaries who include,inter alia, directors and employees of Treatt and its subsidiaries. Therefore,the directors, being potential beneficiaries of the Treatt EBT, are interestedin all the Treatt shares acquired by the Treatt EBT and not allocated.
