The Company has been notified that, on 7 December 2011, the Company's Investment Director, Gary Yardley, sold a total of 15,820 ordinary shares of 25p each to his SIPP account at a price of 179.50 per share. On the same date, Gary Yardley transferred, off-market, a total of 68,059 ordinary shares of 25p each, to his wife, Mrs. Amanda Yardley.

Gary Yardley's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 240,160 ordinary shares of 25p each (0.035%).
