SALE OF 179,841 SHARES, BEING 50% OF THE 359,682 SHARES ALLOTTED TO MR FORMAN UNDER AN AWARD MADE ON 5 SEPTEMBER 2005 UNDER THE LOW & BONAR 2003 LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN ("THE PLAN") AND RELEASED TO HIM ON 2 OCTOBER 2008.
MR FORMAN HAS SOLD 179,841 SHARES PRINCIPALLY TO COVER INCOME TAX AND EMPLOYEES NATIONAL INSURANCE PAYABLE ON THE VESTING OF THESE SHARES.
