21 April 2011 Parallel Media GroupPlc ("the Company") Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company was informed on 20 April 2011 that Ranjit Murugason, a director of the Company, had acquired 18,000 shares in the Company at 22p per share on the same day.

Following this acquisition, Mr Murugason is interested in 793,000 shares, representing 5.14 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
