The Company has been informed that on 18 January 2018 Gary Woods, Director of Park Group plc, sold 206,139 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 84.5 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this sale, Mr Woods interest in the Company is 1,000,000, Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.54 per cent. of the voting rights over the Company's share capital.
