Director's Shareholding

iomart announces that on 28 July 2011 the Company was informed that Sarah Haran, Director of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy institutional demand at a price of 116 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Ms Haran now holds 1,024,944 Ordinary Shares representing 1.03% of the voting rights in the Company.
