Transfer of shares into SIPP
The Company announces that it has been notified that Mr P E Hadsley-Chaplin, the Chairman of the Company, has today transferred 5,000 shares at a price of 449.5p per share into his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP").
As a result of this transfer of shares into a SIPP, Mr P E Hadsley-Chaplin's holdings in the shares of the Company are now as follows:-
