DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

Further to the announcement made on the 5 March 2010, regarding the placing of 246,998,333 New Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.18 pence per share, the Company has today allotted 22,222,222 New Ordinary Shares to the following Directors, via their Self Invested Pension Plans.

Mr A Knight 11,111,111

Dr I Pardoe 11,111,111

Application has today been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected on 27 April 2010.

As a result of the above, Mr. A Knight and Dr I Pardoe will have an interest in 170,752,097 and 121,449,973 shares respectively, representing 12.18% and 8.66% respectively of the Company's enlarged issued share capital of 1,401,720,796 shares in issue.
