The Go-Ahead plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("DSBP") Awards 2015

The Go-Ahead Group plc announces that David Brown, Executive Director received a conditional award of 11,331 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company on Thursday 29 October 2015 under the terms of The Go-Ahead Group plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2012.

The vesting of the shares will normally take place on the third anniversary of the award date. The award is subject to recovery and withholding provisions, normal 'good leaver' and change of control provisions during this deferral period. No consideration was paid for the grant of the award.
