HELPHIRE GROUP PLC (the "Company") Director's Holdings: Share Transfer between nominees The Company received notification on 29 January 2014 that on 28 January 2014 asa result of instructions given by Stephen Oakley, the Company's Chief FinancialOfficer, to Standard Life, his SIPP provider, on 2 December 2013 HSBC, StephenOakley's retiring nominee, transferred 400,000 (0.015%) of the Company'sordinary 0.001p shares to Stocktrade as his new nominee. As a result, StephenOakley has an unchanged beneficial interest in 400,000 ordinary 0.001p sharesin the Company representing an unchanged 0.015% of the current shares in issue.
