The Company announces that on 28 November 2011, Mr Michael Johns, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 10,000 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") at a purchase price of £2.90 per Share.

Following this transaction, which represents 0.003% of the issued share capital of the Company, Mr Johns holds 10,000 Shares, representing 0.003% of the issued share capital of the Company.
