Carillion PLC02 November 2005 Carillion plc Employee Share Ownership Trust Interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities Carillion plc (the Company) was notified today, Wedneday 2 November 2005, thatthe Carillion plc Employee Share Ownership Trust (the Trust) today transferred31,948 Carillion plc ordinary shares of 50p each (0.01% of the issued sharecapital) pursuant to the exercise of an option under the Carillion ExecutiveShare Option Scheme. The number of Carillion plc ordinary shares now held by the Trust is 3,772,488(1.76% of the issued share capital).
