DEALING BY DIRECTOR
SDI, the AIM quoted group focused on the application of digital imaging technology to the needs of the scientific community, was notified today that Ken Ford, Chairman of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on 11 December 2012 at 11p per share. Following this transaction Ken Ford holds a total of 275,000 shares which represents approximately 1.42% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
