Charles Stanley Group PLC11 August 2006 Charles Stanley announces that the Trustees of the Charles Stanley ShareIncentive Plan acquired on 11August 2006, 4,612 ordinary shares in the companyfor the participants of the Charles Stanley Share Incentive Plan. The price paidby the participants was 343.15p. These shares will be used to satisfy employees'contributions to the Plan deducted from their July pay.
