The Evolution Group Plc ("Evolution" or the "Company"), the investment bank andretail fund management group, announces that Sanne Trustee Company UK Limited(the "Trustee") in its capacity as the trustee of The Evolution Group PlcEmployee Share Incentive Plan Trust (the "Plan") yesterday purchased 9,666Ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 141.75 pence per share and thatEvolution has today issued 7,923 Ordinary shares of 1p each credited as fullypaid at 141.75 pence per share to the Trustee as "matching shares" under theterms of the Plan.
