Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified that, on 1 March 2010, Baroness Ford of Cunninghame, Non-Executive Director, sold 8,000 of the Company's ordinary shares in the London market at 557.50 pence per share.
This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R (1)(a).
