Directors' Shareholdings
The Company was notified today that on 27 May 2009, Mr Andrew Fay, Chief Executive of the Company, transferred 22,142 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 56 pence per share to a SIPP belonging to Andrew Fay. As a result of this transaction Andrew Fay remains interested in 2,253,288 Ordinary Shares representing 19.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company was also notified today that on 28 May 2009, Mr Simon Redgrove, Managing Director of the Company, transferred 19,730 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 56 pence per share to a SIPP belonging to Simon Redgrove. As a result of this transaction Simon Redgrove remains interested in 2,170,754 Ordinary Shares representing 18.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
