On 9 August 2017, Nicholas Vetch transferred 1,116,236 ordinary shares to Byways Investments Limited, a company 100% owned by Mr Vetch and his family. 

Following this transaction, Mr Vetch's beneficial holding remains at 9,059,881 ordinary shares, representing 5.72% of the Company's issued share capital.
