Ed Torr, a Director of the Company, was yesterday granted 1,146 options pursuant to the Dechra Pharmaceuticals Save As You Earn Scheme.

Zoe Goulding, PDMR of the Company, was yesterday granted 382 options pursuant to the Dechra Pharmaceuticals Save As You Earn Scheme.

The options have been granted over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company and have been granted with an exercise price of £4.71
