Notification of interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors and PDMR in the Company's ordinary shares of 30p each ("Shares").
The Davis Service Group Performance Share Plan 2006
On 5 March 2010, awards granted under the terms of the Davis Service Group Performance Share Plan 2006 ("PSP"), on 5 March 2007 ("Awards") vested at a level of 64.1%. Details of the Awards that vested are set out in the table below. On the same date and in order to discharge the relevant tax obligations that arose on vesting, one PDMR (S R Finch) decided to sell a number of Shares at a price of 407.9 pence per Share.

Details of the Awards that vested are set out in the table below.
