Notification and public disclosure of Restricted Share Plan Awards to Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and their Closely Associated Persons

SIG plc announces that it was notified on 9 April 2021 that its Chief Executive Officer, Steve Francis, had transferred a total of 307,257ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to his spouse, including to his spouse's ISA. Following these transactions, Mr Francis' beneficial interest remains unchanged and he has a beneficial interest in a total of 815,769 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.069% of the Company's issued share capital.
