Altitude, the provider of information and technology services, was informed on 11 August 2016 that Peter Hallett, Non-Executive Chairman, had on that day purchased 135,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p ("Shares") at a price of 17.0 pence per Share.
Following the purchase, Peter Hallett's holding (held via his SIPP) is now 140,000 Shares or 0.33% of the issued share capital of the Company.
