Lapse of Options under previous SAYE Scheme and Participation in 2019 SAYE Scheme
Carpetright plc (the "Company") today announces that Wilf Walsh has cancelled participation in a previous savings contract associated with the grant of share options under the 2017 Company Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme (SAYE) and the associated options therefore lapsed, and he has joined the 2019 SAYE scheme, pursuant to which options were granted on 6 February 2019, each as set out below:
