29 July 2013 Bodycote announces that on 26 July 2013, in accordance with the rules of theBodycote Incentive Plan, the Company made a contingent share award of ordinaryshares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The awards noted below comprise a maximum conditional award of Ordinary Sharesof 17 3/11p each subject to the rules of the Bodycote Incentive Plan and theapplicable performance targets. The options are only exercisable in 2016 ifperformance criteria are met.
