The Company wishes to advise that James Douglas, an Executive Director, on Friday 9 March 2012 exercised an Executive Share Option over 7,407 `A' Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, which were granted to him in July 2008 at a price of £4.05 per share.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
