Plant Health Care® (AIM: PHC.L), a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to global agricultural markets, announces that it has been notified that James Ede-Golightly, Non-Executive Director, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 23 November 2023.
Following this transaction Mr Ede-Golightly is now interested in 1,436,096 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.42 percent of Company total issued share capital.
