PURCHASE OF SHARES BY ESOP TRUST

The company was notified on 18 March 2013 of dealings in its ordinary shares of10 pence each by the Trustee of the UBM Employee Share Ownership Trust, whichis a discretionary Trust for the benefit of employees (including executivedirectors) of the UBM group.

Date of transaction: 15 March 2013

Nature of transaction: Purchase of 225,000 shares at an average price of 720.3pper share, with a minimum price of 711.5p and a maximum price of 729.12p.

The shares will be used to satisfy awards under UBM's share option andincentive plans.

Following the above transaction, the Trustee of the ESOP Trust holds a total of675,083 shares, representing 0.28% of the company's issued share capital.
