Interests of Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
Further to the announcement on 29 July 2011 in relation to the subscription announced on 8 March 2011 (the "Subscription"), the Company confirms pursuant to AIM Rule 17, the participation of certain Directors and PDMRs of the Company in the Subscription as set out below. There is no change to the number of shares held post Subscription or to the issued share capital of 6,399,023, as reported in the announcement on 29 July 2011.
