Grant Parkinson received a share award granted under the Company's Equity Award Plan ('EAP') on 16 August 2017 for 29,802 shares (the 'Award'). This Award has a staggered vesting period, the first tranche of shares vested on 7 March 2018 and the second tranche of 11,001 shares vested on 7 March 2019.
The Company has in place an automatic sell provision to cover tax and NICs for both the employer and the employee (the 'Provision'), after which the balance of shares is automatically transferred to the participant (the 'Balance of Shares').
Grant Parkinson has retained the Balance of Shares.
