BTG PLC12 November 2007 Directors' Interests in the shares of BTG plc A one-off nil cost conditional share award made to Dr Louise Makin, ChiefExecutive Officer of BTG plc, on 26 May 2005 following her appointment to theCompany has now partially vested. On 12 November 2007 50,000 shares were released to Louise Makin of which 21,013were sold to satisfy the resultant liability for tax and national insurance.
