Director's Share Purchase
Digital Barriers plc (LSE AIM: DGB), the specialist provider of advanced surveillance technologies to the security and defence sectors, announces that the Group was notified on 15 February 2013 that Nik Holgate, Group Finance Director, acquired 37,572 ordinary shares in the Group of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 15 February 2013, at a price of 173 pence per share.
Following the transaction, which was via his SIPP, Nik Holgate holds 47,468 Ordinary Shares in Digital Barriers representing 0.093 per cent of the issued share capital of the Group.
