Subsequent to the purchase noted above, the interests held by the Director in the Company are as follows:-

Mr. Tan Boon Seng: 31,228,150 ordinary shares of which 31,198,150 ordinary shares are held indirectly through Wang Tak Company Limited ("Wang Tak")

Wang Tak is a company wholly owned by Lee Hing Development Limited where Mr. Tan Boon Seng is a substantial shareholder.
