Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
Senior plc has been notified today that the following Directors purchased Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, as set out below:
Michael Steel, Non-Executive Director, purchased 20,000 shares in the name of his wife, Mrs Lynn Steel, on 20 October 2008, at a price of 40 pence per share. Following this transaction, Michael and Lynn Steel hold 20,000 shares, representing 0.005% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Simon Nicholls, Group Finance Director, today purchased 15,000 shares, at a price of 46 pence per share. Following this transaction, Simon Nicholls holds 20,000 shares, representing 0.005% of the issued share capital of the Company.
