Access Intelligence Plc ("Access" or "Company") has been notified that on 7 December 2012 Joanna Arnold, Chief Operating Officer of Access, acquired 875,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4 pence per share.

Following this purchase Joanna Arnold has a direct interest in 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.16 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company excluding shares held in treasury.
