On 7 June 2011, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 6 June 2011 Kevin Dunn, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 45,955 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company ("Shares") on the vesting of an award under The 3i Group Deferred Bonus Plan. On 6 June 2011 he sold 23,981 Shares at a price of 278.8p per Share. The place of the above transaction was the London Stock Exchange.
