Director/PDMR Shareholding
Kellan was notified today that, John Bowmer, Non-Executive Co-Chairman, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.375 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Bowmer is now interested in 12,222,751 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 14.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Furthermore, the Company was notified that Tony Reeves, Non-Executive Co-Chairman, has today purchased 500,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 4.375 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Reeves is now interested in 12,222,751 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 14.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
