Les Tench, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, on 28 May 2010 notified the Company that on the same day he acquired 55,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 91.47 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr. Tench's resulting holding in the Company is 93,750 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
