NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGER OR RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
CPPGroup Plc (the "Company") has today received notification that Ania Ogston, the partner of Hamish Ogston, the Founder and Non Executive Director of the Company, has purchased in total 3,400 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 290.6 pence per share on the 23rd March 2011. This brings Ania Ogston's holding in the Company to 3,400 Ordinary shares representing 0.002% of the Company's current share capital. Hamish Ogston's holding in the Company remains at 98,021,288 Ordinary shares representing 57.43% of the Company's current share capital.
